Do you do discounts?
Yes, discounts are available. You can get the best deal by booking early as this allows us to plan everything you need well in advance. Discounts are also available through our hire packages, or if you book several events a year.
Do you dry hire stages?
We do dry hire our modular Steeldeck and Alideck staging, but unfortunately we don’t dry hire our outdoor stages because these require skilled staff to install and remove. However we can provide a stage with minimal crew if you can provide a suitable crew on site to help with the build and derig.
Do I have to supply security?
Usually, yes. Security is required in most cases, including overnight if appropriate. Fencing and barriers should also be provided to create a safe and secure area around the stage.
Do you cover my area?
We cover all of the UK and Europe.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, you are required to pay a deposit when you book your date.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
Deposits are non-refundable and you may be required to pay the full amount, or a cancellation fee, depending when the booking is cancelled.
How much does it cost to hire a stage ?
With each event being so different, we always like to quote individually for each customer. This ensures you get the best value to reflect your specific circumstances. However, if you are considering planning an event and are looking for a ballpark figure for stage hire, here are some of the factors that affect your costs and a guide to the prices you should expect:
We offer a wide range of stages and the prices vary considerably. Smaller mobile stages are cheapest starting from around £700 – £1500 per day. Our larger stages, the Cavern and Eagle stages is typically around £7500 -£15,000 We have a number of options for all budgets in between. We prefer to quote individually to allow for the numerous variables and to help fit your budget.
The main factors that affect stage hire price are the duration of the hire, and transport to and from site. The further we have to go and the longer your event, the higher the cost will be. However, we usually quote our services as complete packages on a case-by-case basis. A larger, multi-day event will therefore often work out cheaper than anticipated, because it takes no more work to take up and put down a stage for a four-day show than it does for a weekend event! The same amount of labour and transport is involved in both cases.
Do your prices include transport and crew ?
All of our quotes prepared for you will include all transport and crew to deliver, install and operate the equipment.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes we have all risk cover (see health and safety page for full details)
Do I need to supply any insurance cover?
Yes if you are unsure of what type of cover is necessary for your event your insurer will be able to assist you
Does the ground have to be level?
Our stages are designed to be erected on uneven surfaces however for extremely adverse cambers a pre event inspection by one of our team may be necessary
Can I individually hire either the stage or the sound system?
Yes you can hire either sound system or stage or both
Do you supply lighting?
Yes, we can compile a lighting package to suit your requirements and budget
How long does it take to erect and dismantle?
Our various stages have differing timescales. The Mobile stages generally take an hour or two to install whilst our larger stages can take between 1 and 3 days depending on the exact provision and the site.
Do we need to supply electricity?
This depends on what we are supplying, often some kind of power supply shall be required. You can supply the power or we can include power generators in our quotation.
When do I have to pay the balance in full?
In most cases the balance must be received a minimum of 7 working days prior to event.
