Leicester City Centre Event
The centre of Leicester was the location for an out of the ordinary event where the main square was transformed into a large beach created out of 180 tonnes of sand, including beach huts.
Soundstage One was appointed main contractor and our particular involvement included two stages with sound and lighting, large video screens and video crew.
The client also required an installation of a secure wireless network and twenty laptop computers, television cameras relayed the images to projectors and plasma screens. We also relayed the presentation to two additional rooms via a sound and video link.
The whole site was lit by Soundstage One and all temporary power requirements were accommodated.
The BMF Organisation
BMF run events across the country including the largest motorcycle show in Europe. Soundstage One are the main contractors for all staging requirements including indoor and outdoor stages, sound, lighting, noise management and site services including site PA, temporary power, site lighting and video.
The Tate Gallery
The organisers required Soundstage One to provide a stage, sound and lighting package in the Turbine Hall at Tate Modern. The gallery was required to be open to the public for normal use during the daytime so logistics had to be planned meticulously, the install for the event was required to happen within three hours.
